Welcome

Hello and welcome to St George's, an exciting Anglican church in the centre of Leeds.
We're here to help people find God
and grow in their relationship with Him.

Our Sunday services are at 10.30am, 5:00pm and 7:30pm, whilst Networks are the heartbeat of church life during the week. We also run Alpha for those enquiring about the Christian faith.

Philippians 4:8-9 (View on BibleGateway

We watch horror movies and then have no peace when trying to sleep. We watch idealised romances and then have no peace in our real life relationships. We follow glossy celebrities and then have no peace with our gifts, our looks, or our achievements.
Paul is reminding us here to be on guard against a culture that creates ‘unpeace’ to get us to buy stuff. Paul is reminding us here to spend time with real people celebrating what excellent and praiseworthy things God is doing.
