Lakes Weekend 2009
140 members of St George's spent the weekend in the Lake District at the end of June.
The Lakes Weekend, which is the annual church holiday weekend, was based at Borrowdale Youth Hostel. Most people stayed in the hostel, whilst others chose to camp or stay in B&Bs nearby.
Activities included walking, cycling, ghyll scrambling, dragon boating and a barbecue on the Saturday evening.
