Staff changes
Five new Interns will be joining the St George's staff team in September.
Lucy Adnett, Jimmy Lawrence, Giles Smith, Ben Summers and Jo White, who are all existing members of the congregation, will serve on the staff for the 2009-10 academic year. The new Interns will be joining Victoria Bull, Nick Lattimer, Chris Mitton and Sim Walker, who are staying for a second year.
The church said farewell to outgoing Interns Louisa Grundy, Ben Lawrence and Sam Pritchard on Sunday 26 July. Louisa and Ben are both moving to Coventry, where Louisa will attend Nexus Music College and Ben will be the Youth Worker at Meredith Road Baptist Church, whilst studying for a degree in Practical Theology and Youth Work. Sam has moved to West Sussex and has gained a place on the 'Leaders for Business' graduate scheme at British Airways.
The new team of nine Interns will be commissioned at services on Sunday 13 September.
