Women's Ministry  

St George’s Women’s Ministry seeks to be a place of community and trust.
This is a place where women can come together for prayer, worship, teaching and to support one another.
As women we belong to different networks across the church, but sometimes its great to come together just as women to support and encourage each other.
We hope to create a place where women can grow in their relationships with God and receive practical discipleship as we all journey together to discover what it means to be a woman of God

 Mums’ Alpha – Weekly, from 10th February – 20th April. 9:30-11am.
An Alpha course designed especially for Mums!
This will take the form of coffee mornings and will take place on Friday mornings in the church centre. There will be a crèche for young children available.


Ladies Pamper Evening - Saturday 21st April - 7:30-9:30pm - St George's Centre
On Saturday 21st April, St George's Church would love to invite you to a pamper evening!
Treat yourself with nail painting, foot massages and a representative from The Body Shop attending...
Featuring speaker Debbie Harvie from Mercy Ministries UK. Debbie will be speaking to us about Self-Worth, her life experiences and the work of Mercy Ministries.
Why not come along with the women of your network? Or please feel welcomed to invite along friends from outside of St G's - the more the merrier! We look forward to welcoming you!


Clothes Swap Event - Sunday 29th April - 6:30pm - St George's Centre
Everyone has clothes in the back of their wardrobe that they no longer wear, why not swap yours and seek out some new finds at our clothes swap?
Simply drop off your old clothes/ accessories at the church office from Mon 23rd April, or at breathe* on the 26th, then come along on the Sunday to take part in the action!
