Welcome

Hello and welcome to St George's, an exciting Anglican church in the centre of Leeds.
We're here to help people find God
and grow in their relationship with Him.

Our Sunday services are at 10.30am, 5:00pm and 7:30pm, whilst Networks are the heartbeat of church life during the week. We also run Alpha for those enquiring about the Christian faith.

Mark 1:40-2:12 (View on BibleGateway

The teachers of the law were so wrapped up in their comfortable position in society, and so obsessed with their own distorted interpretation of God’s word, that they couldn’t see what was happening right in front of their eyes. Did they get pleasure from pointing out Jesus’ supposed faults? It was easy for them to criticise. It was far, far harder for Jesus to do what he had been sent to do, which would culminate in a unique few days three years later.
