Children

Explorers

Explorers is the children's church at St George's that takes place in the Church Centre during the morning service on most Sundays in term time. We join the whole church family of St George's in church for 'Pick and Mix' or Family Worship about every two months.

Children aged 0-11 years are in groups as follows (look out for 'ICF', In Church First, on the diary on the right):

First Steps (babies and toddlers)
Next Steps (3-4 years)
Climbers (5-6 years)
Adventurers (7-9 years)
Pathfinders (9-11 years)

We would love you and your children to join us on any Sunday morning.

Play and Pray

Play and Pray is a group for parents with young children. We meet in the Church Centre on Tuesdays in term time from 10am until 11:30am, during which we spend time playing with the children, chatting to each other and doing 'See and Know' (fun and engaging stories, songs, prayer and craft activities).

Holiday Club

St George's runs a three day holiday club for 5 to 11s every May half term. See the news section for details of the Heroes Holiday Club in May 2009.

X:site

X:site is a bimonthly Leeds wide children's event for 7 to 11s run by Scripture Union, hosted at St George's. See the calendar for dates of the next event.
