Christian Bookworms Small Group:
We aim to read and share opinions on some "important" Christian books - some old, some new.

WHO? Robin Carmichael
WHEN? Every 3-4 weeks on a Monday
WHERE? In members' houses
WHAT?
We meet to discuss books which have had a positive impact on the Christian church. We never read more than 100 pages between meetings, and usually it is around 50 pages. We have enjoyed St Augustine's Confessions, C.S. Lewis' Screwtape Letters and The Book of Tobit from the Apocrypha. We gave up on Thomas Aquinas - too erudite! We are now reading Jeanne Guyon's "Experiencing the Depths of Jesus Christ."

Our meetings are informal, accompanied by coffee or a glass of wine plus some nibbles. We hope to enrich each other by sharing the insights we gain from reading the book being studied, and by developing friendships within the group. All are welcome.
