Lord, you call us to follow Jesus who came to this earth not to be served but to serve. You commissioned Jesus to preach good news to poor, to proclaim freedom for prisoners and to recover sight for the blind. We commission today all those who work for St George's Crypt, to that same task to Share the Gospel, Care for Society and Renew the Church.

We offer ourselves to you as a living sacrifice, dedicated to your service and pleasing to you. This is our worship: help us to magnify you as did your mother Mary.

Renew our delight in you word and worship. Restore to us the joy of our salvation and awaken our longing that all may know you as Saviour and Lord.

Rekindle in us the gift of your Holy Spirit: increase our faith, strenghten our hope, deepen our love and revive our desire to serve others in the power of the Spirit.
Take our hands and work through them.
Take our lips and speak through them.
Take our minds and think through them.
Take our hearts and set them on fire with love for you through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
